Where do you serve?
We are based in Northern Virginia and serve Northern Virginia, Washington, DC and Maryland. We can travel up to two hours from home. The delivery fee depends on how far we go.
How far ahead should I book?
Please book at least two weeks before your event. Dates fill up, especially on weekends, so earlier is always better.
How do rentals work?
Rentals last 24 hours, and you can pick up any time inside that window. If you need more time, it costs extra, so tell us when you ask for a quote. We also deliver, set up and pick up.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. Delivery is available across our service area, with a fee based on distance. Delicate pieces such as shimmer walls, marquee letters and flower walls are always delivered, set up and broken down by our team.
How much do your setups cost?
Proposal packages start at $400. Marquee letters are $65 each, a candy cart is $150, neon signs are $50 each, and shimmer wall setup is $300 including pickup and delivery. Balloon garlands run from $120 for 6 ft to $230 for 12 ft. Send us your date and location for an exact quote.
What is included with a balloon garland?
Every garland comes with a stand and up to three colors. Extra colors are $10 each. We can build longer garlands too, up to about 20 ft.
Can you do proposals?
Yes, proposals are one of our favorite things to set up. Choose a package or ask for something custom, and we handle the delivery and setup. Add-ons such as a photographer are available for an extra fee.
Do you take care of park permits?
No. If your event is in a public park, the client is responsible for getting any permit the park requires. We are happy to tell you what the setup needs in terms of space.
How long does outdoor decor last?
Outdoor decor typically looks good for one to two days, depending on wind, sun and weather. If the forecast looks rough, tell us and we will suggest what holds up best.
