Measure the space where the backdrop will stand, including ceiling height, and think about where guests will stand to take photos. A backdrop placed against a plain wall with room in front photographs best. If the event is outdoors, tell us so we can recommend sturdier options and a plan for wind.
Also consider how the backdrop will travel. If you are picking it up yourself, check that it fits your vehicle. If you choose delivery, we will confirm access, parking and the setup time with you. Delivery fees depend on distance, and we travel up to 2 hours from Northern Virginia.
